The following Digest of the Appropriations made during the Second Session of the Fifty-first Congress for the service of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1892, and for deficiencies for prior years, is printed for the information of those concerned. In all estimates, disbursements, accounts, vouchers, settlements, and warrants, affecting or relating to any appropriation herein authorized, the titles as printed in Italics are required to be quoted as the appropriation out of which payment is to be made.
