IN pursuance of the system adopted in 1874, beginning with 115 Mass., the cases are reported in the order of decision, and those decided on the same day are arranged according to the dates of argument or submission on briefs. The only exception to this rule is that, where an opinion is withdrawn temporarily by order of the court and is returned to the reporter too late to be printed in its regular place, it is inserted at the time of its return. CORRECTIONS OF ERRORS. On page 228 of 223 Mass. in the twelfth line of the opinion, the article "a" should be stricken out, so that the first clause of the sentence beginning on that line will read, "Under the familiar rule, that finding will not be disturbed unless plainly wrong, On page 558 of 224 Mass. in the report of McManaman's Case it is stated that "W.
