MATHENY: I have been requested to mention that out in the ante-room there are two young men, one of whom, Mr. Case, represents the Banquet Committee, and is desirous of securing the autograph of everyone in attendance, and of assigning seats at the banquet; issuing the complimentary tickets. The other, Mr. Quinlan, represents the Treasury of the Association, and if any gentleman is desirous of paying dues at this time, he will accommodate you. He has something of a novelty in the way of a check, designed to draw money without any addition for exchange, out of any bank in the country.
