There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury of the State of South Dakota not otherwise appropriated, the sum of eighty-five dollars and eighteen cents ($85.18) for the purpose of completing the payment of balance due on the voucher of Hipple Printing Company of Pierre, South Dakota, for one hundred seventy-six dollars and twenty-five cents ($176.25) for thirty-two hundred Agricultural Statistics Books for the year 1920, furnished to the Tax Commission.
