1 Cor.11.20, When ye come together therefore in

7. What they are effectually Called unco,and through the assistance of the Spirit of God enabled to perform, that shall receive Remission of fins by Chrift: They that shall be made partakers of that great and inestimable benefit, the Remission of all cheir sins by Christ, are effectually called and cnabled by the assistance of his Grace, uofeignedly to believe the Gospel, heartily to repent of all their fins, seriously to give up their souls unto himn, resting and relying on the Redemption and Ransome of his Blood for their Pardon and Reconciliacion with God. And taking him for their onely Lord & Saviour, and yielding themselves up in sincerc obedience to him, and to be guided and governed by his Grace and Holy Spirit; they do depend on him alone for Justificacion, Sanctification, strength to persevere in the ways of Holinefle,and ac last, to be brought to eternall Life. And to as many as are thus drawn by the Holy Ghoft savingly to repent of their fins, and believe in Christ, being truly united to him, and made branches in him the true Vine, and members of his mystical body the crue Church, (whereof himself is che Head,) God hath promised pardon and Re. mission of all their fins, to write his Law in their Hearts, to subdue their Corruptions by his Grace, that fin shall not have Dominion over them, to bestow on them all such outward blessings as he in his infinite wisdome shall see good for them ; And when they die, their souls shall be received into everlasting blisse, and their bodies shall be raised again by the power

Concerning effectual Calling,

Rom.1.6. Among whom are ye also the Called of

Fesus Christ. Rom.8.28. And we know that all things work to

gether for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. V.30. Moreover whom he did predestinate them he also called: and whom he Called, them he also justified, and whom he justified, them he · aljo glorified.
