CHAPTER VIII.

A further supplement to an act entitled "A supplement to an act entitled 'An act to incorporate the chosen freeholders of the several counties of this state, approved April sixteenth, eighteen hundred and forty-six,'" approved April sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

1. BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and General Assembly of the statement State of New Jersey, That the board of chosen freeholders of the county of Camden cause the annual statement required by the second section of the act to which this is a supplement to be published in pamphlet form in lieu of the publication required in the newspapers of said county, and that at least one thousand of such pamphlet copies be pubpamphlets lished for circulation, one copy of which shall be filed in lished, one the office of the clerk of the said county.

CHAPTER X.

A supplement to an act entitled "An act to revise and amend the charter of the city of Rahway," approved March twenty-third, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

1. BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey, That whenever any road has been or may be laid out or opened leading toward and terminating at a point in the boundary line of said city of Rahway, where there is no street in said city to connect with the same, it shall be lawful for the mayor and common council of said tions of ex- city by ordinance to lay out and open a new street, and to alter the lines of any existing street in said city so as to connect with such road; and if in order to accomplish such purpose they shall deem it necessary, they may vacate a portion of any existing street or streets in said city.
