THE LAW DIGEST,

COMPRISING

ALL THE CASES REPORTED FROM JULY 1st.

TO DECEMBER 1st, 1845.

This is the first attempt to supply to the Profession a complete Digest of all the Reports, every other having excluded some of them. Its value and utility may be judged by the fact that it contains nearly troo thousand cases.

Its design is to enable the Practitioner to find in a moment all the decisions, upon any subject, during the half-year, and wheresoever reported; and it is intended to be continued half-yearly.

PUBLISHED AT 29, ESSEX STREET, STRAND.

N.B. The Editor will feel obliged by Notes of Criminal Cases, decided on any of the Circuits, provided they be authenticated by the name of tho gentleman roporting them.
