Commissioners appointed by this Act; and the Word "Graduate" shall include all Persons who at the Date of this Act hold any Academical Degree not merely honorary in either of the said existing Universities, or who shall hold any such Academical Degree in the 5 University hereby established. XXXIII. This Act shall take effect from and after the Day of When Act to take effect. ARRANGEMENT OF CLAUSES. Preamble. Interpretation; Sect. 1. Owners at a Public Meeting may order Advowson to be sold; 2. Meeting to decide Question of Sale, and if decided in Affirmative to appoint elected Trustees; 4. Certificate by Two Justices of Consent of Owners being obtained, and of Names (if any) of elected Trustees, to be sufficient Evidence; 5. If determined to sell Advowson, same to become absolutely vested in Trustees, and Trustees to proceed to a Sale; 6. Conveyance of the Advowson; 7. Receipts of Trustees to be sufficient Discharges; 8. As to investing Monies; 10. Resolutions of Trustees; 11. For supplying Vacancies in the Number of Trustees; 12. Vacancies in the Incumbency before Sale to be filled up; 14. Owners may consent to advance Money for Purposes authorized by Acts commonly called Gilbert's Acts; 15. Evidence of Consent; 16. Extent of Act; 17.
