Page 2 - And the said association is formed to cultivate the science of jurisprudence to promote reform in the law, to facilitate the administration of justice, to elevate the standard of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession, and to cherish a spirit of brotherhood among the members thereof.

Page 5 - The annual dues of members, after the year of their admission, shall be two dollars, and shall be payable to the treasurer in advance, at or before the annual meeting. Honorary members shall be exempt from the payment of fees and dues.
