(Operated under agreement October 1, 1858, made between the Boston and Lowell and the Nashua and Lowell Companies, whereby the railroads of the two Companies are to be worked for twenty years from date as one line, and the earnings and expenses divided in the proportion of 69 to the former and 31 to the latter Company.
