The Erie Company also operates (under lease) the Atlantic and Great Western Railway, 387 miles; the Mahoning, Leavitsburg and Cleveland, 50 miles; the Franklin Branch from Meadville to Oil City, 33 miles; and the Silver Creek Branch, 5

miles. It also runs its trains over the broad gauge track of the Cincinnati, Hamilton and Dayton. The accounts of these roads are kept distinct from those of the Erie.

The Erie Company also run trains over the following roads, receiving payment in a fixed sum for each mile run: Warwick Valley RR., 10 miles; the Montgomery and Erie RR., 10.25 miles; the Middletown, Union and Water Gap RR., 14 miles.
