General Balances (December 1, 1868-69).-Statements of receipts and expenditures of Company from their organization to date : The funded debt consists of the two series of mortgage bonds as above, viz.: 1st mortgage 8 per cent. bonds of July 1, 1856, due July 1, 1886, $2,741,000; 2d mortgage 8 per cent. bonds of October 1, 1860, due October 1, 1890, $1,168,000. Each series provides for the issue of $3,000,000.
