nuation allowances to union officers whose whole time has
been devoted to the service of the union, and who have be-
come incapable,

Not to be granted on the ground of age under sixty years, and
without twenty years' service,

Guardians may grant superannuation allowances to Medical
Officers, notwithstanding that their whole time has not been
devoted to the service of the union,
