Whenever any legal proceeding in which a Jury wasempannelled is required to be set out, it shall not be necessary to specify that any particular person or persons who acted as Jurors made affirmation instead of oath, but it may be stated that they served as Jurymen, in the same manner as if no Act had passed for enabling persons to serve as Jurymen without oath. 16 V. c. 19, s. 12. 181. In pleading, citing or otherwise referring to this Act, and any other Acts that may be hereafter passed touching or concerning or in any wise relating to Jurors, Juries or Inquests generally, it shall be sufficient to use the expression, The Upper Canada Jurors' Act (or Acts, as the case may be,) or words of equivalent import. 182.
