N Act to enable His Majefty to accept the Services of a "A Proportion of the Militia out of the United Kingdom, for the vigorous Prosecution of the War. Page 1 2. An Act for continuing to His Majefty certain Duties on Malt, Sugar, Tobacco and Snuff in Great Britain; and on Penfions, Offices and Perfonal Eftates in England, for the Service of the Year One thoufand eight hundred and fourteen.

3. An A&t for raifing the Sum of Twenty two Millions by way of Annuities. 8 4. An Act to continue until Six Weeks after the Commencement of the next Seffion of Parliament, an A&t paffed in the laft Seffion of Parliament, intituled An Ad to continue and amend an Ad of the prefent Seffion, to prevent the iffuing and circulating of Pieces of Gold and Silver, or other Metal, ufually called Tokens, except fuch as are iffued by the Banks of England and Ireland refpedively.

An Act to indemnify fuch Perfons in the United Kingdom as have omitted to qualify themfelves for Offices and Employments, and for extending the Times limited for thofe Purposes refpectively, until the Twenty fifth Day of March One thoufand eight hundred and fifteen; and to permit fuch Perfons in Great Britain as have omitted to make and file Affidavits of the Execution of Indentures of Clerks to Attornies and Solicitors to make and file the fame on or before the First Day of Hilary Term One thousand eight hundred and fifteen.

11. An Act for extending the Provifions of an Act, paffed in the Forty fixth Year of His prefent Majefty, for making better Provifion for Soldiers, to Serjeants of the Militia.

An A&t for giving Effect to certain Engagements of His Majefty with the Emperor of all the Ruffias and the King of Pruffia, for furnishing a Part of the pecuniary Succours for affifting His Majefty's faid Allies, in fupporting the Expences of the War with France.

23 14. An Act to provide that Property vefted in the Accountant General of the High Court of Chancery as fuch, fhall, upon his Death, Removal or Refignation, veft from time to time in those who fhall fucceed to the Office.

16. An A&t to explain an Act of the Forty first Year of His prefent Majefty, for declaring what Persons shall be difabled from fitting and voting in the Houfe of Commons of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.

28 17. An Act to enable His Majefty to accept the Services of a Proportion of the Militia of the City of London, out of the United Kingdom, for the vigorous Profecution of the War.

30 18. An Act for raifing the Sum of Ten millions five hundred thoufand Pounds, by Exchequer Bills, for the Service of Great Britain, for the Year One thoufand eight hundred and fourteen. 34 19. An Act to enable His Majefty to accept the Services of the Local Militia out of their Counties, under certain Restrictions, and until the Twenty fifth Day of March One thoufand eight hundred and fifteen.

Page 38 23. An Act to amend an A&t of the Fifty third Year of His Majefty's Reign, intituled An A& for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in England. 24. An Act for further continuing, until the Twenty fifth Day of March One thousand eight hundred and fifteen, certain Bounties and Drawbacks on the Exportation of Sugar from Great Britain; and for fufpending the Countervailing Duties and Bounties on Sugar, when the Duties impofed by an Act of the Forty ninth Year of His prefent Majefty shall be suspended. 45 25. An A&t for punishing Mutiny and Defertion; and for the better Payment of the Army and their Quarters.

26. Án Act for repealing the Duties of Cuftoms on Madder imported into Great Britain, and for granting other Duties in lieu thereof; to continue in force until the Fifth Day of January One thoufand eight hundred and feventeen.

63 27. An Act to rectify a Miftake in an Act of the prefent Seffion of Parliament, for repealing the Duties of Customs on Madder imported into Great Britain, and for granting other Duties in lieu thereof.

29. An Act to charge an additional Duty of Cuftoms on Brandy imported into Great Britain for the Purpose of Exportation, and which shall be taken out of Warehouse for Home Confumption, before the Thirty firft Day of March One thousand eight hundred and fourteen.

An Act to continue until the Twenty fifth Day of March One thousand eight hundred and fifteen, and from thence to the End of the then next Seffion of Parliament, feveral Laws relating to the Tranfportation of Felons and other Offenders, and to the autho rizing the Removal of Offenders to temporary Places of Confine ment in England and Scotland.

92 31. An Act for the regulating of His Majefty's Royal Marine Forces while on Shore.

32. An A&t to amend the feveral Acts for preventing the illicit Diftillation of Spirits in Ireland.
