MONTSERRAT

An Act to provide for the employment in the

Public Service of this Island of a qualified Medical
Practitioner.

W H EREAS it is desirable that a properly qualified Medi-

VVcal Practitioner should be employed in the Public
Service of this Island for the purposes hereinafter mentioned :
We, therefore, Your Majesty's Most Dutiful and Loyal Subjects

and the Council and Assembly of the same, do pray Your
Most Excellent Majesty that it may be enacted, as follows:

III. VII. That no contract or engagement of any kind except law. IX. Surveyor shall have incurred for cutting and lopping the trees and repairing the Walls and Fences as aforesaid.

X. And WHEREAS, many persons have made a practice of feeding and pasturing their cattle and stock along Her Majesty's, highways on this Island, which not only proves an obstruction to Penalty on persons
