SIR: In conformity with the requirements of sections 3669, 3670, and 3672 of the Revised Statutes, and acts of July 7, 1884 (23 Stat., p. 254), and March 3, 1901 (31 Stat., p. 1009), I have the honor to transmit, for the information of Congress, the Estimates of Appropriations required for the service of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1915, as furnished by the several executive departments; also, statement of the expenditures of the moneys appropriated for contingent expenses of the Independent Treasury for the fiscal year 1913.
