Offer up your sweetest and freshest thoughts to your God, worship Him in secret.
Prepare yourself for your meeting with God, as the bride and bridegroom prepare themselves for one another.
Wash yourself with the Words of Truth.
Sprinkle yourself with the most precious and delicate perfumery, pure, clean thoughts. So that when you come into the presence of the King, he may smell sweet odors, he may delight in thy presence.
Open your treasures and present him with gifts, of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
Jesus saith unto them, Have you understood all these things ? they say unto him, yea, Lord. Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the Kingdom of Heaven, is like unto a man that is a householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasures things new and old.
And Noah builded an altar unto the Lord; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl and offered burnt offerings on the altar. And the Lord smelled a sweet savor: And the Lord said, in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth: neither will I again smite any more everything living as I have done.

God is Good, his Mercy endureth forever.
Charity thinketh no evil. Charity never faileth. Other things may fail, but Charity never faileth. If it could fail it would not be Charity.
God never faileth if we trust. No one need fear to trust God to the very end, for God never fails to those that so trust; but he seems to put us to the test, to find out whether we are trusting him or not.
He will not accept anything less than the whole heart, the whole mind, the whole spirit.
It is good for us to trust. God, when we begin to understand how to trust.
It makes our heart beat faster, it makes our mind more active, to know that we have a Father in whose presence we always are, a Mother that it is our delight to serve and
