ERRATUM.

In Hall v. Bledsoe, 126 Ark. 140, at bottom of the court's opinion, it is inadvertently stated: "Humphreys, J., concurs." The opinion was handed down while Judge Kirby was on the bench. He resigned on November 15, 1916, nine days after this opinion was delivered. The opinion was concurred in by Judges Smith and Kirby. A petition for rehearing was subsequently filed, and was considered by the court after Judge Humphreys took his seat. He concurred in overruling the petition for rehearing. (Rep.).
