The regular meeting of the Federation of Local Bar Associations for the Fourth Supreme Judicial District of Illinois convened at the Chamber of Commerce Building, Moline, at ten-thirty o'clock A. M., November 11, 1922, the same being the date fixed by the President of the State Bar Association in conjunction with the President of the Federation of Local Bar Associations and pursuant to the constitutional provision, President Cyrus E. Dietz presiding.

Roll call showed delegates present from the following counties: Rock Island, Fulton, McDonough, Adams, Warren, Morgan, Schuyler, Cass, Mercer and Hancock.

Members of the Bar present from outside of the district were: Bruce A. Campbell, President of the State Bar Association, East St. Louis; R. Allan Stephens, Secretary of the State Bar Association, Springfield; Judge Wells M. Cook of the Municipal Court, Chicago; Clarence Darrow, Chicago; Henry I. Green, Urbana.
