Excellent read I read it nearly 40 yrs ago and the message has not changed. It helped me then and now.
The words of wisdom will guide you in good care of your body. I recomnend reading Back to Eden.

I have ordered this book and am anxiously awaiting its arrival.
As a young adult I was very fortunate to have this book and
now I am returning to this great book after forty years.
It helped me
once and I know it will again.
I have also ordered the Back to Eden Cook book,
which I have never read.
