Receipts of

which the said Sum of Fifty thousand Pounds, or the unpaid Part thereof, shall be paid, and such Interest shall be raised and paid in all respects as the said Sum of Fifty thousand Pounds is authorized to be raised and paid by this Act; but in case the said Westminster Improvement Commissioners shall borrow the Sum of Fifty thousand Pounds, or any Part thereof, on the Security or Credit of the said Sum of Fifty thousand Pounds hereby directed to be paid to them, and shall pay for the Monies borrowed a Rate of Interest lower than the Rate of Five Pounds per Centum per Annum, then only the Rate of Interest which shall be paid by the Westminster Improvement Commissioners in respect of the Principal Monies so borrowed shall be paid by the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Woods, Forests, Land Revenues, Works, and Buildings in respect of the said Sum of Fifty thousand Pounds, or so much thereof as shall remain unpaid.

IX. And be it enacted, That the Receipt in Writing of the Commissioners Westminster Improvement Commissioners, sealed with their Common Seal, shall be sufficient Discharges for all Monies authorized to be paid to them under or by virtue of this Act.
