At a Council Meeting of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland, held on the 16th of January 1860, Mr STUART, Secretary, reported that, in terms of former Resolutions, the Third Volume of the PROCEEDINGS OF THE SOCIETY was in progress under the joint superintendence of Mr DAVID LAING and Dr JOHN ALEXANDER SMITH; and that the First Part would be ready for circulation among the Members in the course of the present Session. |
