I just read the section on "Establishing and Communicating Vision" after doing a web search for examples of goal setting for a worship department and wow, this was the most refreshing read I have had in a long time. It so well framed my heart and experience in Christ for worship but in the more formal context of goal setting; something I am in need of instruction in. Thank you Lord! I am going to buy this book!
