Where, however, a case is also reported by Dow or Bligh, the editors, in conformity with the opinion of the Consultative Committee, have omitted Paton's report in favour of the contemporaneous report of Dow or Bligh, which will be found in the next volume of the SCOTS REVISED REPORTS. In dealing with these dual Reports, the opinions of the Judges, given by Paton alone, will, where useful, be introduced as footnotes to the reports of Dow and Bligh. |
