To repeal the Provisions of several Acts relating to the Presentments of Money for Public Purposes, by Grand Juries in Ireland, and to make more effectual Provisions relating to such Presentments.

HEREAS it is expedient that the Provisions contained in Preamble. certain Acts relating to the Presentment of Money for Public Purposes by Grand Juries in Ireland should be repealed, in order that the same may be consolidated, and in some respects amended; Be it therefore Enacted, by The KING's most Excellent MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, THAT from and after the Commencement of this Act, the several Acts and portions of Acts hereinafter 10 specified, shall be and the same are hereby Repealed, save so far as relates to any Presentments made or acts matters or things done under the authority thereof respectively, and also save so far as such Acts repeal any other Acts or parts of Acts; that is to say, the following Acts Irish Acts and portions of Acts made in the Parliament of Ireland, to wit; so much of an Act passed in the ninth year of the reign of King William the 9 W. 3. c. 9.
