Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Payment to States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the TreasGeorge W. Daw- ury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the Treas ury not otherwise appropriated, to George W. Dawson, late collector of the fifth internal-revenue district in the State of Maryland, the sum of seventy-two dollars, the amount taken from his deputy collector, Frederick A.
