It is proposed to include in the Bibliotheca Sacra Parvulorum :

A Selection of Latin Hymns, Sequences, Canticles, and Antiphons. (It is hoped to complete this in five numbers.)

A Selection of Preces.

Extracts from Ancient and Later Latin Service Books of the Church of England.

A Selection of Greek Hymns and Prayers.

Extracts from Service Books of the Eastern Church.

The Psalter, and other portions of Holy Scripture, in Greek and Latin.

Select portions of the Greek and Latin Fathers.

Select portions of Church Historians and Chroniclers.

The whole to be illustrated with brief Notes in English.

*The Editor invites communications (addressed to him at the Publishers'), from all who feel an interest in his series. He desires principally to supply a set of Sunday Books for the Boys of our Grammar Schools, but trusts that these books will not be without value to many other students also.

It is hoped to issue the Second Part

of the "HYMNORUM DELECTUS" on the first

of March, 1861.
