And be it Enacted, That this Act may be amended or repealed by amended during present any Act to be passed during this Session of Parliament. Session.

To continue an Act of the Fourth and Fifth Years of Her
present Majesty, for authorizing and facilitating the

HEREAS an Act was passed in the fourth and fifth years Preamble :
of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, 4 & 5 Vict. intituled, “ An Act to authorize and facilitate the Completion of a Survey of Great Britain, Berwick-upon-Tweed, and the Isle of Man," and which Act will expire on the Thirty-first day of December One thousand eight hundred and Forty-six : And whereas it is expedient that the said Act should be further continued ;
BE it therefore Enacted, by The QUEEN's most Excellent MAJESTY, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords 10 Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament
assembled, and by the Authority of the same, THAT the said Act conrecited Act, and all the powers, provisions, matters and things therein tinuod. contained, shall continue in force until the Thirty-first day of December One thousand eight hundred and Fifty-one.
