Walrus Prosperity.

L. G. Gray, secretary and general manager of the Walrus Manufacture Co., has returned to the factory at Decatur, Ill., after an extended trip through the Western States and the Pacific Coast country, where he called upon the many distributors of Walrus soda fountains throughout the various cities, arranging for greater distribution for the coming season for the Walrus product, and in other ways looking after the interests of the Walrus Company.

Mr. Chas. J. Strowhouer, city Soda Fountain salesman for the Smith, Kline & French Co., Philadelphia, who are distributors of Walrus soda fountains in Eastern Pennsylvania, has just returned from a trip to the Walrus factory at Decatur, Ill., where he went to familiarize himself with the many new features embodied in the 1916 line of Walrus soda fountains. the Smith, Kline & French Co. during the past few years has been very large and it is needless to say that they are anticipating a banner year during 1916.

Mr. John W. Smart, general manager, and Mr. G. B. Miller, general sales manager, of the Michigan Drug Co., Detroit, recently visited the factories of the Walrus Mfg. Co., to more fully acquaint themselves with the 1916 models of Walrus soda fountains, which product is very largely distributed by the Michigan Drug Co., and has been for some years past.

Mr. D. Goldman, senior member of Goldman Bros., druggists, Detroit, Mich., visited the Walrus Mfg. Co., recently and placed his order for a very handsome genuine Mahogany Soda Fountain outfit for the Goldman Bros.

new store in Detroit.

The Walrus Company, through their California distributors, the Langley & Michaels Co., of San Francisco, report the sale of a very elaborate Soda Fountain outfit to the Hollister Drug Co., Honolulu. Mr. and Mrs. Hollister of that firm were recently in San Francisco, principally upon the mission of buying the Soda Fountain outfit, and after looking over the situation for several days decided that the Walrus Fountain was the one best suited for their purpose.

Pure Castile Soap.

It is to be regretted that some druggists will sell an inferior castile soap when they can buy the genuine unadulterated article from Messrs. Lockwood, Brackett & Co., importers, Boston, put up in handsome individual packages bearing their own name at such attractive prices and on such favorable terms as are offered by the manufacturers. Hundreds of pharmacies throughout the country have made a feature of this soap put up under their own label, and have found that it did much to add to the favorable reputation of their stores. If interested the reader will not regret writing to the manufacturers for further information.

DIAMOND OINTMENT BLOCK

A Producer of Efficiency and Cleanliness. A Saver of Time, Money and Annoyance. It takes the place of the messy, old-fashioned slab. Instead of having to scrape, scrub and polish every time you compound an ointment, you simply tear off the used sheet and instantly you are ready to prepare the next batch in a thoroughly hygienic manner. Isn't that an improvement?

Each block contains one hundred sheets of heavy, vegetable paper. This paper is guaranteed to be impervious and free from all acids and impurities. The sheets are securely bound to-gether by the reliable Johnson Process.

Puffer's Sealed Soda Fountains

An attractive exterior has its advantages, but many times this is but a cover for a very poor condition within. A picture of a soda fountain does not show internal work or qualities of material used, and you can form no idea therefrom as to the working qualities of the outfit illustrated.

Quality is the first and last essential of a first class soda fountain, and without this you cannot obtain the best results, Coolers tin-washed LOOK the same as though sheet tin-lined, but the latter while costing many times as much to produce will with care last a lifetime, and is immune from contamination. All Puffer coolers are sheet tin lined.

Linings of copper or Vulcan will be in perfect condition years after those of galvanized iron or zinc are scrapped. All the Puffer apparatus are lined with copper or Vulcan.
