S the Code of Civil Procedure, 1882, has been extensively modified since it was last published in 1885 in the volume containing the Unrepealed General Acts of the Governor General in Council passed in 1882 to 1884, it has been thought desirable to reprint it as modified up to the 1st July, 1888, on which day the Civil Procedure Code Amendment Act, 1888, came into force. Statements showing the repeals and amendments made up to that date and the Scheduled Districts in which the Code is in force are prefixed for general information.
