the following sums of money are hereby appro-
priated out of any money in the Territorial
treasury, not otherwise appropriated, for the
objects hereinafter expressed.

1 To George D. Barnard, for records
furnished to the First Judicial
District Court..

2 To Benjamin Bachman, for services
in assisting to examine and audit
claims against the Territory..
3 To Beaver County, for boarding
and guarding Andy Calton from
Sept. 6th to Sept. 29th, 1887, to
be drawn on the order of the
treasurer of Beaver county....
4 To John Snowball, ex-asssessor
and collector of Rich County,
for relief on account of uncol-
lectible taxes for the year 1886.

5 To R. W. Heyborne, assessor and
collector of Iron County, for re-
lief on account of uncollectible
taxes for the year 1885.....
6 To F. H. Dyer, United States Mar-
shall, to purchase a safe for use
in the Penitentiary; safe shall
be the property of the Territory,
and held subject to the order of
