DONALD E. BIEDERMAN is General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Business Affairs, at Warner/Chappell Music, Inc., and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southwestern University School of Law. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Entertainment Law Reporter. EDWARD P. PIERSON is Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at Warner/Chappell Music, Inc., and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southwestern University School of Law. Chairman of the ABA Forum Committee on the Entertainment and Sports Industries, he is also on the Board of Contributing Editors to Entertainment Law and Finance. MARTIN E. SILFEN is an entertainment attorney and Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School. He lectures extensively in the areas of entertainment law. JEANNE A.
