At each session of the court for the hearing of calendar causes, only the first six causes assigned will be peremptorily for call on the first day of the session; all of the first twelve causes not disposed of, will be for call on the second day; the first eighteen causes not disposed of, on the third day; and so on to the end of the assignment.
