Chairman Shepard of the Committee on Resolutions reported for his committee a resolution expressing the appreciation of the Federation for accommodations and entertainment afforded by the Ogle County Bar Association and its Rochelle members. This resolution was unanimously adopted. The Nominating Committee made the following nominations: For Member of the Board of Governors, Walter E. Healey, of Elgin; for President of the Sixth District, Judge Fred E. Carpenter, of Rockford; for Vice-President, C. W. Middlekauf, of Freeport; for Secretary, Henry C. Warner, of Dixon; for Treasurer, E. M. Burst, of Sycamore. The report of the Nominating Committee was unanimously approved. Chairman Pearce of the Committee on Place of Meeting reported Rockford for the next meeting. The committee's report was approved and Rockford selected.
