That we extend our thanks and express our appreciation of the able and interesting presentation of the work begun and undertaken by the American Law Institute as explained to us by the Honorable Floyd E. Thompson, Justice of the Illinois Supreme Court from this District, and the Honorable William H. Dieterich of the Cass County Bar.

That we commend and urge the extension of the work of this Federation of Local Bar Associations and we invite and desire the assistance and co-operation with us of all the Bar Associations of the several Counties embraced in this Supreme Judicial District.

That we heartily thank the bar of Morgan County and historic Jacksonville for its cordial welcome and generous hospitality extended to us on this occasion.
