ER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

1. Sections ten and eleven of the "Magistrates' Act" (51 Victoria, Sections 10 and 11 chapter 78, in volume one of the Consolidated Acts) is hereby repealed. repealed.

2. This Act may be cited as the "Magistrates' Act Amendment Act, Short title. 1889."
