William the Fourth which may be suddenly damaged, in like Manner in all respects as they are empowered by the said recited Act of the Third and Fourth of William the Fourth to direct the Repairs of any Roads or Bridges which may be suddenly damaged. III. And be it enacted, That every Pier or Quay which shall be to become Pub- built or enlarged under the Provisions of this Act and of the said recited Act of the Third and Fourth of William the Fourth shall be deemed to become Public Property. lic Property. And be it enacted, That no Contract for the making, erecting, repairing, or enlarging any Public Work to be entered into by virtue of this Act, or of the said recited first Act of the Third and Fourth of William the Fourth, shall be liable to any Stamp Duty.
