M., two of his Majesty's justices of the peace for the said county palatine of Lancaster, for that" [&c. stating the offence]; "contrary to the statute made in the fifth year of the reign of his present Majesty, intituled An act to repeal the laws relative to combination of workmen, and for other purposes therein mentioned;' And we the said justices do hereby order and adjudge the said C.
