The following changes took place :-In the month of March 1858, the Right Honorable Maziere BRADY resigned the Great Seal, and the Right Honorable JOSEPH NAPIER was appointed Lord High Chancellor of Ireland. JAMES WHITESIDE, Esq., Q. C., was appointed Attorney-General, and EDMOND HAYES, Esq., Q. C., LL.D., Solicitor-General.
