executors or administrators, hereafter can, shall or may have, for, upon or by reason of the debts to us severally due and owing by the said I. P. deceased, or any other matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world unto the day of the date of these presents. AND each of us the said creditors doth for himself, his executors, administrators and partners, only and severally, and not jointly, nor one for the other, covenant, promise and agree, to and with the said R. M. his executors and administrators, that if at any time hereafter any other debt or debts or sums of money shall appear to be due and owing, by and from the said I. P. deceased, to any other person or persons, other than what are mentioned in the said annexed account, and the same shall be demanded or recovered of the said I. P. his executors or administrators, That in such case each of us the said creditors shall and will, upon demand, refund and pay, or cause to be paid, unto the said R. M. his executors or administrators, our respective proportionable parts and shares, according to the debts owing to us by the said I. P. as aforesaid, of all such debt or debts or sums of money which shall be so demanded or recovered of or from the said R. M. his executors or administrators, or which he or they shal! so pay as aforesaid, for or on account of the said I. P. and of all costs, charges and damages for or by reason of any such debt or debts, or any suits or other proceedings at law or equity, or otherwise, concerning the same. IN WITNESS, &c.

Release from creditors to a debtor upon compounding his

debts.

TO ALL &c. WE who have hereunto set our hands and seals, creditors of I. B. late of &c. send greeting. WHEREAS the said I. B. oweth and is indebted to us his said creditors in several sums of money which he is not able fully to satisfy: We therefore have agreed, and do hereby agree, to accept of the sum of £ of lawful &c. in full satisfaction of all the debts owing to us respectively at the sealing hereof, by and from the said I. B. which is paid by or for the said I. B. to C. and D. or one of them creditors also of the said I. B. for the use and to the intent that the same may be shared and divided among us his said creditors according to the debts to us severally due and owing. NOW THEREFORE KNOW YE, That for the consideration aforesaid, each of us the said creditors, who have hereunto set our hands and seals, for him and herself, his and her heirs, executors

and copartners, DOTH by these presents remise, release and for ever discharge the said I. B. his heirs, executors and administrators, of and from all and all manner of action and actions &c. which against the said I. B. each and every of us his said creditors now hath, or which each and every of our heirs, executors or administrators respectively hereafter may, can or ought to have, claim or demand for, upon, or by reason of our several and respective debts to us severally due and owing, or for or by reason of any other matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world, &c.

Valuation of a ship by two shipwrights.

C. and D. assignees, appointed by the commissioners named and authorised in and by a commission of bankrupt, awarded and issued against E. late of &c. having by writing under their hands and seals dated the &c. desired and authorised us F. and G. both of &c. to view, examine, value and appraise the ship or vessel called the H. late belonging to the said E. together with her tackle, apparel, &c.
