The commission shall report in print to the next general Report. court with drafts of such laws as it may recommend, and it shall file its report with the clerk of the senate or with the clerk of the house not later than the first Wednesday in January, nineteen hundred and sixteen. Twenty-five hundred copies of the report shall be printed, of which three hundred and fifty copies shall be reserved for the use of the general court.
