No Stinkin' Diet, Please
No matter what your belief system is, you can lose weight without trying. By changing your belief about all of the lies you have been taught, you can finally lose that weight forever. You know how they say, aDonat diet; just change your eating habitsa? Well, letting your mind believe something new will make the changes for you. You no longer have to try. By using science that proves it is not our fault, and by using other conceptions, we can learn to finally keep food from having a power over us. Guilt is the biggest factor we have to overcome, but once you read this and practice it, guilt will no longer exist. What a wonderful thing.
