THIS book contains the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of Ohio, with all amendments up to the present time. It is arranged in the same manner as the Revised Statutes of the State, including sectional numbers and subdivisions. The annotations have been carefully prepared, and will be found to be a useful adjunct to the book. They embrace decisions of inferior courts of the State, as well as those of the Supreme Court, and of courts of other States having Codes similar to our own. The Index has been made as exhaustive as possible, and includes references both to the matter contained in the sections of the statutes and the notes. The Editor acknowledges his obligations to Mr. CLEMENT BATES, of the Cincinnati Bar, for valuable assistance rendered during the preparation of the work.
