"The condition of the above composition is, that the above-named cause to be paid to the collectors for the said mentioned, upon demand, the yearly sum of

ADDENDA, ERRATA ET CORRIGENDA.

To title "Parliament,” at page 38, add the following Statute:

By stat. 6 & 7 Wil. IV. c. 102, intituled, "An Act for rendering more 6 & 7 W. 4, c. 102. easy the taking the Poll at County Elections" [20th August, 1836], reciting, "Whereas by an act passed in the second and third years of the reign of

person objecting to the same shall be heard by such court against the same

Sect. 3. "Provided always, that at every contested election of a knight or
of polling booths knights to serve in any future parliament for any county, or for any riding,
parts, or division of a county, as many polling booths shall be provided at
each polling place as will allow one for every four hundred and fifty elec-
tors whose names appear upon the registry of the said county or division of
a county, and who may lawfully vote at such polling place; and the high
sheriff shall provide the same accordingly."
