A TABLE of the DUTIES of CUSTOMS * payable on Goods, Wares, and Merchandize taken and condemned as PRIZE or feized and condemned as Droits of Admiralty, and imported or brought into Great Britain.

Goods, Wares, or Merchandize, taken and condemned
as Prize, or feized and condemned as Droits of Ad-
miralty, fhall and may be landed and fecured in ap-
proved Warehoufes, on Payment (by the Captors or
their Agents,) of the following Duties, viz.

Brandy, if taken by a Ship of War or feized as
Droits of Admiralty, the Tun containing 252
Gallons

if taken by a Private Veffel, the Tun contain-
ing 252 Gallons

Cocoa, if taken by a Ship of War, or seized as
Droit of Admiralty, the cwt.

Beer, or Ligg, Oats, Oatmeal, Peale,
Beans, Indian Corn or Maize, taken and
condemned as Prize, fhall and may be
warehoufed in like Manner, and fubject to
fuch Rules, Regulations, and Restrictions,
Duties, Drawbacks, Penalties, and For-
feitures as are provided and enacted by any
Act or Acts of Parliament in force with
refpect to any Foreign Corn imported

Goods of the Growth, Production, or Manu
facture of China or the Eaft Indies, taken and
condemned as Prize, are subject to fuch Duties
and entitled to fuch Drawbacks as the like
Goods are or may be fubject and entitled to
when imported by the Eaft India Company.

under which fuch Tobacco may be warehoufed,

Snuff, taken and condemned as Prize and fecured
in Warehoufes according to Law, may be
exported therefrom, withont Payment of any
Duty, or taken out of fuch Warehouses for

Production of His Majefty's Colonies, Planta-
tions, Iflands, or Territories in America.

under which fuch Snuff may be warehoused, See

Ships or Veffels condemned as Prize or as Droits
of Admiralty (except Ships of War or Private
Ships or Veffels of War) with their Tackle,
Apparel, and Furniture, (except Sails) for
every 100l. of the Value
Note-Ships of War or Private Ships or Veffels of
War taken and condemned as Prize, or as Droits
of Admiralty, with the Sails, Tackle, Apparel
and Furniture belonging to fuch Ships or Veffels,
are Duty Free.

Ships or Veffels condemned as Prize in any of
His Majefty's Dominions out of Great Britain
(not being Ships of War or Private Ships or
Veffels of War) are fubject to Duty, which
fhall be paid on the first Arrival of any fuch
Ships or Veffels at any Port in Great Britain,

For the Conditions, Regulations and Reftrictions
under which Goods taken as Prize and condemned
Abroad may, on Importation, be warehoused on
Payment of the Duty charged in this Table, See

Note-No Duties whatever fhall be demanded or
taken for any Goods condemned as Prize confisting
of Military or Ship Stores, viz. Sails, Cordage,
Anchors and Cables, Mafts, Yards, Bowfprits,
Blocks, Guns, Gunpowder, Shot, Match, Gun
Carriages, Cartridges and other Materials thereto
belonging, and all Timber and Iron converted
