Goods, Wares, or Merchandize, taken and condemned

Ships or Veffels condemned as Prize or as Droits

Apparel, and Furniture, (except Sails) for
every 100l. of the Value
Note-Ships of War or Private Ships or Veffels of
War taken and condemned as Prize, or as Droits
of Admiralty, with the Sails, Tackle, Apparel
and Furniture belonging to fuch Ships or Veffels,
are Duty Free.

Ships or Veffels condemned as Prize in any of
His Majefty's Dominions out of Great Britain
(not being Ships of War or Private Ships or
Veffels of War) are fubject to Duty, which
fhall be paid on the first Arrival of any fuch
Ships or Veffels at any Port in Great Britain,

For the Conditions, Regulations and Reftrictions
under which Goods taken as Prize and condemned
Abroad may, on Importation, be warehoused on
Payment of the Duty charged in this Table, See

Note-No Duties whatever fhall be demanded or
taken for any Goods condemned as Prize confisting
of Military or Ship Stores, viz. Sails, Cordage,
Anchors and Cables, Mafts, Yards, Bowfprits,
Blocks, Guns, Gunpowder, Shot, Match, Gun
Carriages, Cartridges and other Materials thereto
belonging, and all Timber and Iron converted
