Written with 20-30-somethings in mind, here is a guide to Christian growth in the popular style of mass market diet and fitness manuals. Each of forty days focuses on a different aspect of the Christian life with a mix of biblical reflection, down-to-earth commentary, and a simple prayer and exercise. Great for Lent or any other time of year.
