Though I understand and appreciate what the authors were trying to do, I was unimpressed with both the method of delivery and presentation. Their approach barely grazed the surface of the topic, and (I feel) even went so far as to over-simplify an incredibly complex and emotionally-supercharged vein of human interaction, leaving readers with unrealistic expectations for themselves and their partners.
